But beyond that, the customer service from top to bottom is unrivaled anywhere. Sales staff are kind, polite, knowledgeable and understanding. Service department sets the bar for technical support and logistics. I have bought all of my appliances and much more from only them. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else.
