  The customer service at pharmacy is miserable. Perhaps they are understaffed, but odd that they've got four and even five ppl working there and milling around while you stand there and hope just one of them would come to the counter and attend to you. They don't look your way, they continue doing their important business, and serving a customer is not on that priority list. If you call to speak to a pharmacist you'll be put on hold and wait more than "just a moment" to be sure.

  Horrible customer service. They don’t want to help and everyone just pushes the task to someone else and you get tossed around. They’ll say she’ll help you over there and you go “over there” and then that person will send you right back to where you were. So no one really helps and you just have to go home without your prescription because they couldn’t pick up a phone and make a call to the doctor to confirm something they don’t understand...just go to another pharmacist and avoid the hassle.
