I went to this store today (Dec 9, 2017 around 4:00 PM) and explained that my i-phone does not take me to text message window from my contacts. Instead of looking in to my account or my phone, I was told to go to APPLE Store. Terrible lazy individual (guy) hired by this store. Friendliness was ZERO Manish Patel, M.D.
