Only because I swerved into the oncoming lane (thankfully empty) was I able to avoid being hit. When I attempted to call the number for the business to lodge a complaint on the driver the only number listed was not taking calls at 11 am on a monday morning. No other number is listed online that I could find for this company. Will attempt to call again at a later time.
